IT WAS A HAPPY ACCIDENT.
Hi there. We are the Yannitelli Family and we are so excited you’re here!
Our journey that lead us to Brevard Mountain House started in the Fall of 2021 when, on a whim, we rented a home in a neighborhood we would come to know as Connestee Falls. We loaded up our daughters and headed from the coast to the mountains. It was during that trip we discovered that this place was special. This place felt like home. We quickly fell in love with the waterfalls, the hikes and the natural beauty that we encountered during our stay.
A few short months later through what can only be described as the happiest of accidents, we ran into a former acquaintance in our hometown who happened to be selling their home in Connestee Falls. We jumped at the chance to own our own slice of heaven in the clouds.
After a few thoughtful updates and a little hard work, we were ready to share our dream with the world. Brevard Mountain House came to life.
We hope that you fall in love with the waterfalls, the streams, the lakes and the leaves just as we did. We hope you use this time to recharge and reconnect with nature. We hope you make memories with your loved ones just as we continue to do with each visit.
