The four bedroom home is completely furnished with two outdoor living areas, game room with air hockey, and fully equipped kitchen. Located in the Connestee Falls Community, this quiet escape comes with all of the resort style perks. The community offers three dining options at the gorgeous clubhouse overlooking the 18-hole golf course. Enjoy the pool, bocci, tennis and pickle ball courts. Take dip in one of four lakes or spend your days exploring over 20 miles of privately maintained hiking trails sprinkled with waterfalls, mountain laurels and wildlife.

The house is conveniently located just fifteen minutes from downtown Brevard which provides great shopping and restaurants. The area in which the house resides has an abundance of great hiking trails, and then beyond the development, there are literally tons of additional hiking trails. There’s also a quality golf course in the development. A perfect respite spot. Highly recommend it."
